Walnutwithlove in Dumaguete - The Event That Taught Us Courage
Share
There was a time when every single souvenir we made was stamped completely by hand.
Long before advanced machines and smoother workflows, Walnutwithlove started with metal stamping tools, late nights, tired hands, and a dream we held onto tightly.
One of the biggest risks we ever took was flying all the way to Dumaguete for a live stamping event.
At the time, we were still doing everything manually. Every letter, every name, every design was carefully stamped one character at a time. It was physically exhausting, but it was also deeply personal. Each piece carried real effort, patience, and heart.
We packed our tools, trusted the process, and said yes to an opportunity that honestly scared us.
Looking back now, that Dumaguete trip became one of the defining moments of Walnutwithlove.
It reminded us that growth often begins with uncomfortable decisions. We learned how far passion can take you when you believe in your craft enough to risk everything for it.
Meeting clients outside Cebu and bringing our live stamping experience to another city felt surreal. We realized that people were not just looking for souvenirs, they were searching for meaningful experiences and personalized moments they could remember forever.
To this day, Dumaguete holds a special place in our hearts because it represents courage, faith, and the early days of Walnutwithlove.
And no matter how much we grow, we will never forget the seasons where every souvenir was handmade with tired hands and grateful hearts.
